Hello! So its been awhile since I did my last blog, been a little busy. However, I have a bunch to blog about now! I took a mini vacay back to Alberta to visit my parents farm and turn off the outside world for a boost and re-focus. My wonderful mom is a Pampered Chef consultant, so when I come home she has numerous new kitchen toys to try out. Which of course, I love to do. My amazing family became my test subjects as I tried a few new recipes on them. And they all were a hit! Especially the tequila lime tart.
